Lead Cook

We are currently looking for a leader in the kitchen. You’ll be working directly with Chef Rick Frazer in managing daily operations of the kitchen. You will oversee creation of the prep list and execution of all items, fill out order guides, help create specials, and cook the line during service.

We are looking for someone with experience that is looking to move up in the industry.

Kitchen closes at 8:30 on Wednesday and Sunday and 9pm Thursday-Saturday. Restaurant is open Wednesday - Sunday so you will always have Monday and Tuesday off.

35-40 hours a week.

Hourly $18-20 DOQ

Host

We have an opening in our front of the house staff. We are in need of a host who can greet guest, seat guest, manage a floor chart, answer the phone and bus tables. Must be 16 year of age or older to apply.

Availability to work some Thursday, Friday. and Saturday evenings required.
